PAINT CATERING GUIDELINES​

• Count requested may increase but NOT decrease​

• If all items are not returned in appropriate condition; we reserve the right to charge card on file for damages (a detailed invoiced will be provided)

• Reservations must be set Two Weeks (14 Business Days) in advance of desired date

• A 50% deposit will be due at the time of reservation. Deposit is NON Refundable as this prevents anyone else from booking the date

•  Remaining  balance will be invoiced 7 days prior to reserved date. Invoice must be paid with-in 3 Business days prior to event date or we reserve the right to cancel services. Once paid; amount is NON Refundable

• Cancellations MUST be with-in 6 Days of scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable

• Client will have 30 days to reschedule a date from the original scheduled party. Date not to exceed 180 days from original date.

LIABILITY POLICY

• JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.

• JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel room, and/or event space.
