• What is KidCheck?
• KidCheck is the software that will be used to safely track all children while in care of JACCK Foundation for the Arts. Parents will use our in-studio Kiosk to sign children in and out. We will be able to notify parents of any emergencies or announcements via KidCheck as well! Help us keep your children safe!

Late Pick-Up Policy

• $10 Late Fee Charge for every 10 minutes late; The appropriate authorities will be contacted for children left past 6:15pm unless arrangements have been made ahead of time or in case of an emergency and staff have been properly notified.
• If not paid at the time of pick-up; your child(ren) will not allowed to return

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel a session, please contact us so we my open the spot for another participant to register.
• Deposit is Non-Refundable; No Exceptions.
• If booking caused for full payment, amount is Non-Refundable; No Exceptions.
• If booking caused for a remaining balance and balance is not due at the time, then remaining balance will not be due.
• If the remaining balance is due, we reserve the right to charge the card on file the remaining balance. No Refund Permitted; No Exceptions.
