Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be 14 Business Days prior to scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable. If Client has failed to cancel with-in the allotted amount; Full Payment is due and non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. Fundraising Events: The Hosting Organization is NOT permitted for Ticket Sales at the Door Extreme Circumstances: Death or Unforeseen Incident/Illness: In the event that the host of the party (person whom signed contract) dies or is severely injured due to an unforeseen incident/illness; a full refund will be granted upon receipt of death certificate, doctors notice of incident, and or police report. In the event that a JACCK Foundation owner(s) dies and or is critically injured due to an unforeseen incident/illness, a full refund will be given to all scheduled event(s) ticket holders with in 180 business days of announcement of death and or incident/illness. Building Maintenance Closure: In the event that the building is closed due to fire, flood, water main break, electrical outage, etc.; a full refund will be given to all scheduled event(s) ticket holders with in 180 business days of announcement of closure to clients. Inclement Weather: JACCK Foundation will only close due to Extreme Weather Conditions (heat waves, freezes, heavy downpours, tornadoes, tropical cyclones and floods). In this event we will reschedule your event with-in 30 days of your original event date for a more suitable time. If you decline a reschedule, payment is Non-Refundable. If you or organization makes a personal decision to cancel and or reschedule and JACCK Foundation is open for business; please refer to our cancellation policy.
