COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

*JACCK Foundation for the Arts is dedicated to providing a safe and friendly environment for all in attendance.

 

• All attendees are required to have their temperature taken upon entrance. (If your temperature is 99.5 or above, then you will not be admitted to event.)

• Each individual will be required to wear a mask while on event premises at all times unless eating, of course.

• Each exhibitor table will be required to have hand sanitizer at their table to provide to visitors.

UNFORSEEN CANCELLATION POLICY

• Event Reschedule (If Applicable)

  • New date will be given promptly with in a 3-6 month time frame

• INITIAL DEPOSIT Non-Refundable

• REMAINING BALANCE REFUNDS will be permitted

REFUND POLICY

• Exhibitor Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

• Exhibitors have a 3 day grace period post receipt date of final payment to request a refund

• ANY Sponsorship donation is NON REFUNDABLE

LIABILITY POLICY

• 4 You Expo Events, LC is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.

• 4 You Expo Events, LC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel room, and/or event space.
