👥 Pod-Style Seating — Perfect for Groups This session is designed with 4 separate pods, each seating up to 12 guests. Pods are sold as full units — perfect for birthday celebrations, small gatherings, company socials, or just an unbeatable night out with friends. ❗️Please note: Pods must be reserved as a group of 12. We do not offer individual seating for this session. 🖌️ What’s Included in Each Pod: 12 seats per pod (for your group only) 12 pre-printed 11" x 14" canvases (choose your designs at check-in) Full set of painting supplies for each guest (brushes, easels, aprons, and more!) Access to shared karaoke throughout the entire event Dedicated seating area just for your group with 8ft Table for Food/Gifts Bring-your-own-food option available (see snack policies) Guests Take Home Painted Masterpiece Only.

💳 Payment Information We accept Card and Tap-to-Pay payments only—this helps us keep things quick and safe for everyone. 🎨 Do I Need to Pay If I’m Not Painting? Yes, all guests ages 2 and up need to register and pay ahead of time due to our limited seating. Thanks for understanding! 📅 Reserving Your Spot How far in advance can I sign up? Up to 8 weeks in advance When does registration close? Close at 9 AM the Wednesday before the event 🚪 Can I sign up at the door? No—to properly prepare for our Micro Parties, all Reservations must be in advance. 🪑 How Many Seats Are Available? 🧩 Micro Parties: 48 seats (12 Per Pod; 4 Pods) When you register, you can even pick your seating area —you’ll be all set, even if you arrive a little late! 🚪 When Can I Arrive? Doors open 15 minutes before the start time for all public sessions. (Private parties have special guidelines—check your contract for details!) 🎨 What are the Paint Options? We have a host of paint options to choose from in our Paint Party Catalog or You May Upload your own during checkout for us to print to your canvas. Custom drawings offered for an additional fee. 🧁 Food & Beverage Can I bring food? Yes! You're welcome to bring snacks or a meal to share. We’ll provide a table, but please bring your own utensils, serving tools, etc. Please note—no crockpots or drink dispensers. Can I bring cake? Absolutely! There's a $20 clean-up fee (waived for adult-only and private sessions). Can I bring drinks? We don’t allow outside drinks, but we’ve got you covered: ✨ We offer free ice and a water fountain ✨ And a Card & Tap-to-Pay Bar with great drink options for all ages! 🎈 Can I Bring Balloon Sure! Just make sure they're properly weighted. We won’t be able to retrieve any that float up to the ceiling during the event. 👩🎨 What's Included With Registration? Each guest gets: 11" x 14" Pre-Printed Canvas (choose at check-in!) Sturdy Wooden Frame Easel Paint Apron 6-Piece Brush Set No-Spill Water Cup Paint Palette & Towel 🎤 Full Access to Karaoke 🖼️ Take-home masterpiece included! ❗Cancellation & Liability All sales are final as they support our nonprofit mission.
