Karaoke & PaintClick Here to Reserve Your Seats for Karaoke & Paint! **All Terms and Conditions are subject to change! ​ How do I pay? We accept Card Payments or Tap to Pay Only to keep our staff and volunteers safe. You may call or register online. ​ Do I still have to pay if I am not painting? Yes! All guests ages 2+ entering any session must register and pay online or by phone in advance. . ​ Is there a discount for booking multiple participants? No! Our Foundation has assured that we are providing the most affordable paint experience at the lowest cost possible per guest ​ How far in advance can I reserve my seat(s)? Reservations for each session opens 2 weeks in advance EXCEPT Special Events; Reservation is open at all times until specified deadline. This includes calling in to reserve and pay for your seats. What if I do not see the date I want on the calendar? This means that you are not permitted to book this date and the studio is closed to the public during this time! When does the ability to reserve my seat(s) close? Online Reservations close the Day Before the scheduled session at Noon. Deadline is extended to Noon the Day of During the Month's of January & February Only due to unforeseen weather conditions. Staff are not equipped to reserve seats after this deadline using the online portal. ​ Can I reserve my seat at the door? Yes! At the door ticket purchases will incur an upcharge of $5 per seat. Groups of 10 or more are NOT permitted for at the door ticket sales. Be sure to call and/or check online to assure this date is available with room for additional guests. ​ How many seats are open per session? We offer 68 open seats for our community and private sessions. When reserving your seat(s), you will be able to utilize our event map and reserve the exact seat and table you will be sitting at so even if you are running a bit behind, your seat is yours! ​ How early can I arrive to set up for my guests? Doors open approximately 15 minutes before all public session start times. No exceptions. Private Party guidelines differ and are outlined in the Private Party Contract. ​ Can I have a private Karaoke and Paint Party? Yes! Turn any public session into your private party by purchasing all of the seats or click here to learn about our private party packages and time slots. ​​ Can I Host a Fundraiser? Yes! You are welcome to host a Fundraiser at JACCK by booking a private party. Private Party prices are set and will not be discounted. Private ticket sales must be completed by the organization separately. All JACCK Guidelines still apply. There are absolutely No At the Door Tickets Sales Permitted. ​ What are the paint options? We believe in the element of surprise! Each session offers several custom pre-printed paint options to choose from at check-in. These options are printed to the canvas right on the spot! If you wish to know your paint options in advance, then you must reserve a private party where we customize and draw your paint options for you and your guests. ​ Will there be a sample of the painting provided? Yes! We do offer a sample painted picture. However, the picture is not placed in front of you to just copy. We encourage our guests to relax and embark in their own creative journey choosing colors and textures that speak directly to them and their individual personality. ​​ Can I bring my own food? Yes! You may bring your own food. An 8 foot table is provided to set your food on for your guests to enjoy. You must provide your own utensils, candles, lighters, scissors, to-go-plates, chaffing dishes, burners, plates and empty cups. JACCK does offer a community ice machine. We do not provide any refrigeration or freezer for public sessions. We do not permit any crockpots due to no electricity and no drinking dispensers of any kind. ​ Can I bring a Cake/Cupcakes? Yes! You may bring your own cake or cupcakes for an additional clean-up fee of $25. This fee will be processed at the door upon entry. This fee is waived for our Adult Only Sessions and for private parties only. ​ Can I bring my own drinks? ​No! We do not permit any outside drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic; including water). You may bring your own empty cup(s), you will be asked to open any lids to be sure cup(s) do not pertain any liquid. *We do Offer a Card and Tap to Pay Only Bar On-Site. Our Bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic options sold by the bottle or can. Click Here to See Our Bar Menu Yes! Alcoholic Bottles will be permitted with a charge of $20 Per Bottle. Can I bring balloons? Yes! Balloons must be properly weighed down. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
