PRIVATE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS JACCK Foundation for the Arts | In-Studio & Off-Site Events BOOKING & PAYMENT: Reservations are confirmed only after JACCK receives the required nonrefundable retainer and issues written confirmation. Balance due by invoice deadline, before services begin. FINAL COUNT & CHANGES: Final attendance, guest counts, project selections, and requested changes are due 7 calendar days before the event. No same-day substitutions or changes are permitted. Reduced attendance, no-shows, and unused materials do not qualify for refunds or credits. Added guests require advance approval and payment. CANCELLATIONS: Retainers are nonrefundable. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval; additional costs may apply. Other payments follow the full policy and applicable law. STUDIO RULES: Outside food is welcome; NO outside drinks are permitted under any circumstances. Clients supply all plates, napkins, utensils, serving items, and take-home containers. No electrical appliances or unauthorized equipment. Children must be supervised. OFF-SITE EVENTS: Clients must provide a safe, accessible venue, required tables/chairs, and venue permissions. Disclose access restrictions in advance. Additional travel or setup fees may apply as quoted. DAMAGE & CLEANING: Clients are responsible for damage caused by their guests or vendors beyond ordinary wear and tear, including reasonable documented repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning costs. EVENT TIME & OVERTIME: All activities and client cleanup must finish by the booked end time. Extra time requires advance approval and payment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed only for guest departure after activities end. After that, overtime is $125 per 30-minute increment ($250/hour). Charges do not authorize an extension. WEATHER & HEALTH: Severe weather and medical emergencies follow the full policy. Rescheduling is not automatic; ordinary weather, guest illness, and personal conflicts do not automatically qualify for refunds. ACCEPTANCE: By paying this invoice after receiving these terms and access to the full policy, the client agrees to the applicable booking terms. Full policy: [INSERT PDF LINK].
