⏰ Party Time

Party times vary based on the package booked. Please see your selected package for the included event duration.

💳 Reservations & Payments

All attending guests must be included in your reservation.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.

Remaining balance is due 2 business days before your event.

Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance.

JACCK is a cashless facility — card and tap-to-pay only.

A valid card is required to remain on file for applicable balances, damages or fees.

🎤 Community Party Sessions

Community Parties take place during a General Public Session, which means other groups may be celebrating at the same time.

Party sections are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Want the entire experience to yourselves? Reserve all 4 Community Party sections for a guaranteed private session.

Private Party packages are already private and are not subject to Community Party seating.
