🎨 Do I Need to Pay If I’m Not Painting?

Yes, all guests ages 2 and up need to register and pay ahead of time due to our limited seating. Thanks for understanding!

How far in advance can I sign up?

Community Sessions:

Up to 4 weeks ahead

Private Parties:

Up to 3 months ahead (contract + deposit required)

Workshops & Classes:

Once they're posted, you’re good to go!

When does registration close?

Community Sessions:

Up until the day of the event (door sales available with a small upcharge)

Micro Parties:

Close at 9 AM the Wednesday before the event

Workshops & Special Events:

Check event details for specific cutoff times

Can I sign up at the door?
Yes—For Community Events Only

An Additional $5 per person door fee will be applied.

We do not permit groups of 10+ to register at the door.

Call ahead or check online first to make sure we have space for you!

💼 Private Parties:

Up to 75 seats

🎉 Community Sessions:

Depends on Craft Per Session; See Event Details

🧩 Micro Parties:

48 seats (12 per pod)

When you register, you can even pick your seat on the event map—you’ll be all set, even if you arrive a little late!

🚪 When Can I Arrive?

Doors open 15 minutes before the start time for all public sessions.

(Private parties have special guidelines—check your contract for details!)

We love a good surprise! Each session offers fun pre-printed canvas designs—you’ll pick yours at check-in.
Want to choose in advance? Book a party package to customize your group’s painting!

🧁 Food & Beverage

Can I bring food?
Yes! You're welcome to bring snacks or a meal to share. We’ll provide a table, but please bring your own utensils, serving tools, etc. Please note—no crockpots or drink dispensers.

Can I bring cake?
Absolutely! There's a $20 clean-up fee (waived for adult-only and private sessions).

Can I bring drinks?
NO. We do not allow outside drinks, but we’ve got you covered:
✨ We offer free ice and a water fountain
✨ And a Card & Tap-to-Pay Bar with great drink options for all ages!

🎈 Can I Bring Balloons?

Sure! Just make sure they're properly weighted. We won’t be able to retrieve any that float up to the ceiling during the event.

All sales are final as they support our nonprofit mission. If we ever need to cancel, you’ll be notified and refunded or rescheduled.
