🚨Please Place a "Request to Book" with the Orange Button Below🚨 Part of Our Karaoke & Paint Community & Wellness Program 👥 Minimum 28 Students; Maximum 56 Students ❗️ Perfect for Student Interaction and Art Appreciation! 🖌️ What’s Included in Each Pod: ✨ 28 Guests (Add Additional guests for $15 Per Person) Pre-printed 11" x 14" Stretched Canvas (choose from 3 designs at check-in or upload your own during check out) Full set of painting supplies for each guest (brushes, easels, aprons, and more!) Access to shared karaoke throughout the entire event (10 Mics Available) Live DJ/Karaoke Operator Party Host 8ft Table for Food/Gifts Guests Take Home Painted Masterpiece Only. 🚫 No Outside Drinks Permitted Including Water 🍾 We Offer a Card & Tap-to-Pay Bar with great drink options for all ages! ✨ You May Bring Empty Cups as We offer free ice and a water fountain 🧁 Outside Food Welcomed; Please bring your own utensils, serving tools, etc. 🚫 No Crockpots of Any Kind; No Electricity (Burners Welcomed!) ❗Public Session Notice❗ This is a General Public Session, open to all guests. Pods may be purchased at any time, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: Seats are not reserved until payment has been made in full — whether online, by phone, or in person. No exceptions. Because this is an open public session, fundraising is not permitted during this session. For private use or fundraising opportunities, please explore our Private Party Information! ❗Frequently Asked Questions❗ 💳 Payment Information We accept Card and Tap-to-Pay payments only—this helps us keep things quick and safe for everyone. 🎨 Do I Need to Pay If I’m Not Painting? Yes, all guests entering the facility need to register and pay ahead of time due to our limited seating. 📅 Reserving Your Spot How far in advance can I sign up? Up to 8 weeks in advance When does registration close? 2 Days Prior to the Scheduled Start Time 🚪 Can I sign up at the door? No— All Reservations Must be made in advance. 🚪 When Can I Arrive? Doors open 15 minutes before the start time for all public sessions. 🎈 Can I Bring Balloons Sure! Just make sure they're properly weighted. We won’t be able to retrieve any that float up to the ceiling during the event.

Cancellation Policy

❗Cancellation & Liability Cancellations more than 24 Hours before your scheduled time will receive a 50% charge to the card on file. Cancellations less than 24 Hours before your scheduled time will receive a 100% charge to the card on file. If JACCK Foundation ever needs to cancel due to extreme circumstances, you’ll be notified and rescheduled. We’re not responsible for personal injury or lost/stolen items on the premises or parking areas. Take care of yourself—and have fun! Policies may change at any time—stay tuned for updates!
