✨ This booking is offered FREE to Senior 55+ and Veteran Communities ONCE a year per legal registered location. Location must serve as a Senior or Veteran Permanent Living Community. No Exceptions. If you book and pay and do not qualify. Your funds are non refundable. Bring creativity, connection, and mental wellness directly to your community! JACCK’s mobile therapeutic art sessions are designed to enhance mental wellness through guided, relaxing, and engaging painting experiences. 🎨Booking Ability Opens 180 Days in Advance and Closes 14 Days in Advance YOU MAY NOT CHARGE SENIORS OR VETERANS TO ATTEND THIS EVENT. 🕒 SESSION DETAILS 🎨 WHAT WE DONATE 👩🏽 Professional Therapeutic Art Instructor with Step-by-step guided painting experience 🎨 Grade A Art Supplies (Canvas, Paint, Brushes, Aprons) 🛠 Full Setup & Breakdown ✨ Fun, therapeutic, and social atmosphere Arrival Time: Our team arrives 1- 2 Hours prior to your scheduled start time for full setup Number of Participants: 10 Participants are included for Free (Additional guests may be added for $15 per participant) 🎨Creativity Time: 1 Hour & 30 Minutes Cleanup: 1 Hour 💲RETAINER FEE 🕒 $50 Non Refundable Retainer Fee to Secure Your Date & Time 🚗 TRAVEL FEE $50 Non Refundable Travel Fee 0–20 Miles 20+ miles: Custom Quote 💳PAYMENT DETAILS You may book directly online using a Credit/Debit Card Payment Non-Refundable Retainer Fee is Required to Secure Your Date Final Participant Count and payment due 7 Days Prior to Your Event
Terms & Conditions
Setup & Breakdown JACCK staff requires 1–2 hours prior to the event start time for setup and 1 hour after the event for cleanup. The space must be accessible during these times. Preparation Requirements The host must ensure: Adequate space for all guests and equipment Access to running water A clean, safe, and ready environment upon arrival Delays in access or readiness may result in reduced event time without refund. Cancellations Retainer Fee is Non-Refundable. Cancellations made: 7+ days prior: Retainer Fee may be applied to a future date with-in 90 Calendar Days (one-time reschedule) More than 7 Days Prior to Event Date: Card on File will be charged a 50% Cancellation Fee (Total Amount Due) Less than 7 Days Prior to Event Date : Card on File will be charged a 100% of Cancellation Fee (Total Amount Due) Change of Venue Any change to the event location must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. A $50+ change of venue fee will be applied depending on distance and logistics. Last-minute location changes may result in cancellation without refund. Travel Fees Travel within 10 miles of JACCK Studio (20 Patterson Plaza, Florissant, MO, 63031) is included. Additional distance will incur fees. Damages & Liability Clients are responsible for any damages caused to JACCK equipment, supplies, or property during the event. JACCK reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. General Terms JACCK reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. All guests must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
