Service Description

👥 Maximum 60 guests Total Including Complimentary Tickets 🎟️ Fundraiser Ticket Commitment 🎨🎤 Fundraiser tickets will be sold at $40 per guest 💵 Organization will receive $12 payout per paid ticket sold 🔗 ALL ticket sales must be completed through the official online ticket link provided by JACCK Foundation for the Arts to qualify for payout 🚫 Tickets sold outside of the official JACCK ticketing link will NOT count toward fundraiser payouts 👥 Organization agrees to a minimum commitment of 30 total paid guests ⏰ Final ticket count and any remaining balance for unmet ticket commitments must be completed 2 days before the event 🚪❌ NO at-the-door ticket sales will be accepted under ANY circumstances 🎟️ Included complimentary tickets do not qualify for payout earnings 💳 If the minimum commitment is not met, remaining balances will be charged to the card on file 📣 Organization is fully responsible for promoting and sharing their fundraiser tickets ❌ No refunds will be issued for unused, unpaid, or unsold tickets 🖌️ What’s Included: 🎟️ 10 Complimentary Tickets Pre-printed 11" x 14" Stretched Canvas (choose from 3 designs at check-in or upload your own during check out) Full set of painting supplies for each guest (brushes, easels, aprons, and more!) Access to shared karaoke throughout the entire event (10 Mics Available) Live DJ/Karaoke Operator Party Host 8ft Table for Food/Gifts Guests Take Home Painted Masterpiece Only. 🚫 No Outside Drinks Permitted Including Water 🍾 We Offer a Card & Tap-to-Pay Bar with great drink options for all ages! ✨ You May Bring Empty Cups as We offer free ice and a water fountain 🧁 Outside Food Welcomed; Please bring your own utensils, serving tools, etc. 🚫 No Crockpots of Any Kind; No Electricity (Burners Welcomed!) ❗Frequently Asked Questions❗ 💳 Payment Information We accept Card and Tap-to-Pay payments only—this helps us keep things quick and safe for everyone. 🎨 Do I Need to Pay If I’m Not Painting? Yes, all guests entering the facility need to register and pay ahead of time due to our limited seating. 🚪 Can I sign up at the door? No— Reservations must be made 2 Business Days advance. 🚪 When Can I Arrive? Doors open 30 minutes before your scheduled start time! 🎈 Can I Bring Balloons Sure! Just make sure they're properly weighted. We won’t be able to retrieve any that float up to the ceiling during the event.
