By Paying the $500 Retainer Fee & booking, the organization authorizes JACCK Foundation for the Arts to charge the card on file for any unpaid balances, minimum ticket commitment shortages, damages, chargebacks, or fees outlined in this agreement. 🏛️ Nonprofit Verification Organizations requesting a fundraiser event MUST provide its' EIN to confirm current nonprofit status. JACCK Foundation for the Arts reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and may cancel or deny fundraising privileges if nonprofit status cannot be verified. ✨Organization Logo & Bio This will be used to create you Online Ticket Link 🖌️ WHAT'S INCLUDED 🔗Custom Booking Link with Logo & Bio 🎟️ 10 Complimentary Tickets 🎨 Pre-printed 11" x 14" Stretched Canvas 🖌️ Full set of painting supplies for each guest (brushes, easels, aprons, and more) 🎤 Access to shared karaoke throughout the entire event (10 microphones available) 🎧 Live DJ/Karaoke Operator 🎉 Party Host 🎁 Four 8-Foot Tables for Food & Gifts 🖼️ Guests take home their painted masterpiece only 👥 Max 60 Total Guests (Including Complimentary Tickets) 🎟️ FUNDRAISER TICKET COMMITMENT 🎨🎤 Fundraiser tickets will be sold at $40 per guest 💵 Organization will receive a $12 payout per paid ticket sold 🔗 ALL ticket sales must be completed through the official online ticket link provided by JACCK to qualify for payout 🚫 Tickets sold outside of the official JACCK ticketing link will NOT count toward fundraiser payouts. 👥 Organization agrees to a minimum commitment of 30 paid guests ⏰ Final ticket count and any remaining balance for unmet ticket commitments must be paid no later than 2 days prior to the event 🚪❌ NO at-the-door ticket sales will be accepted under ANY circumstances 🎟️ Included complimentary tickets do not qualify for payout earnings 📣 Organization is fully responsible for promoting and sharing fundraiser tickets ❌ No refunds will be issued for unused, unpaid, or unsold tickets 🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY 🚫 No outside drinks permitted, including water 🍾 We offer a card & tap-to-pay bar with great drink options for all ages ✨ Empty cups are permitted.
