Cancellation Policy

📅 Registration & Enrollment Registration for all camp sessions closes 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Any registrations submitted after the deadline may be accepted based on availability and will be subject to a late registration fee. 💳 Payments, Deposits & Fees All deposits are non-refundable; no exceptions. If your booking requires full payment at the time of registration, the total amount is non-refundable; no exceptions. If your booking includes a remaining balance not yet due, that balance will not be charged unless it becomes due. Once the remaining balance is due, JACCK Foundation for the Arts reserves the right to charge the card on file. All payments are non-refundable; no exceptions. ❌ Cancellation Policy Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the first day of camp will result in a 100% charge of the total camp fee to the card on file. If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please contact us immediately so we may offer the space to another participant. ⏰ Pick-Up Policy & Late Fees Parents/guardians are responsible for prompt pick-up at the scheduled end time each day. Late pick-ups may result in: A late fee charged to the card on file, and/or Suspension or removal from future camp participation if repeated Continued lateness may result in your child not being allowed to return to camp. 📸 Media Release By registering for camp, you grant JACCK Foundation for the Arts permission to: Photograph and record participants during camp activities Use images, video, and artwork for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes (including social media, website, and print materials) If you do not wish for your child to be included in media, written notice must be provided prior to the first day of camp. ⚠️ General Terms All payments are processed via card or tap-to-pay only for safety and security. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. ⚠️ Behavior & Discipline Policy JACCK Foundation for the Arts maintains a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all participants. Expected Behavior: Campers must treat others with respect, follow instructions, and use materials responsibly. Unacceptable Behavior: Disruption, bullying, unsafe actions, refusal to follow directions, inappropriate language, or property damage. Discipline Process: Verbal warning Parent notification Removal from camp (immediate if severe) Dismissal: Campers removed for behavior will not receive a refund
