Terms & Conditions
Setup & Breakdown JACCK staff requires 1–2 hours prior to the event start time for setup and 1 hour after the event for cleanup. The space must be accessible during these times. Preparation Requirements The host must ensure: Adequate space for all guests and equipment Access to running water A clean, safe, and ready environment upon arrival Delays in access or readiness may result in reduced event time without refund. Cancellations Retainer Fee is Non-Refundable. Cancellations made: 7+ days prior: Retainer Fee may be applied to a future date with-in 90 Calendar Days (one-time reschedule) More than 7 Days Prior to Event Date: Card on File will be charged a 50% Cancellation Fee (Total Amount Due) Less than 7 Days Prior to Event Date : Card on File will be charged a 100% of Cancellation Fee (Total Amount Due) Change of Venue Any change to the event location must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. A $50+ change of venue fee will be applied depending on distance and logistics. Last-minute location changes may result in cancellation without refund. Travel Fees Travel within 10 miles of JACCK Studio (20 Patterson Plaza, Florissant, MO, 63031) is included. Additional distance will incur fees. Damages & Liability Clients are responsible for any damages caused to JACCK equipment, supplies, or property during the event. JACCK reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. General Terms JACCK reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. All guests must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
