Final payment is due 7 business days before your event. Reservations may be canceled for non-payment. ❗Frequently Asked Questions Do guests who aren't painting still have to pay? Yes. All guests entering the facility must be included in your final paid guest count. How early can I book? Reservations open up to 180 days in advance. When does booking close? Private parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance. When can we arrive? Doors open 30 minutes before your scheduled private party. Can I bring balloons? Absolutely! Balloons are welcome as long as they are properly weighted.
