Pods may be purchased at any time, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: Seats are not reserved until deposit has been made (Non-Refundable) — whether online, by phone, or in person. No exceptions. Final Payment is due 2 Business Days Prior to Event. We Reserve the right to cancel due to non-payment. Because this is an open public session, fundraising is not permitted during this session. Yes, all guests entering the facility need to register and pay ahead of time due to our limited seating. 📅 Reserving Your Spot 🚪 How far in advance can I sign up? Books open 90 Days in advance 🚪 When does registration close? 2 Days Prior to the Scheduled Start Time 🚪 Can I sign up at the door? No—to properly prepare for our Parties, all Reservations must be in advance. 🚪 When Can I Arrive? Doors open 15 minutes before the start time for all Public Sessions Doors open 30 Minutes before the start time for Private Sessions (All 4 Pods Purchased) 🎈 Can I Bring Balloons Sure!
